Training Schedule:

   Short/Middle and Distance Runners:

   Tuesdays and Thursdays at American River College from 5:45pm to 7pm

    Saturdays at Granite Bay High School from 8:30am to 10am


    Sprinters and Hurdlers:

    Tuesdays and Thursdays at American River College at 5:15pm

    Sundays at American River College from 8:30am to 10am
